Electropolishing
Electropolishing is an electrochemical process that removes a controlled amount of material from the surface of stainless steel and other metal alloys. It is a smoothing metal process on the surface to make them highly corrosion resistant. The benefits of this process are brightening, smoothing, cleaning, deburring, passivation on stainless steel and other metal alloys.
Anodizing
Anodizing involves placing a sheet of aluminum into a chemical acid bath. The oxidized aluminum forms a strong coating as it replaces the original aluminum on the surface. The result is an extremely hard surface called anodized aluminum. The process of anodizing provides a naturally protective finish. Special dyes can be used to color the aluminum for decorative purposes.
